Snapshot

Both CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin are similar in function. CJC-1295 is prescribed by physicians as a growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) analog, while Ipamorelin is prescribed as a selective Growth Hormone Secretagogue. Both of these act on the pituitary gland.

CJC-1295/Ipamorelin works in a simple yet effective way. It has been shown to increase growth hormones as well as IGF-I secretion by acting on two different families of receptors. CJC-1295/Ipamorelin stimulates growth hormone secretion and will keep a steady increase of HGH and IGF-1 with no increase in prolactin, leading to weight loss and increased protein synthesis, thereby promoting growth.

CJC-1295/Ipamorelin is an improvement upon previous growth hormones. CJC-1295 is a tetrasubstituted 30-amino acid peptide hormone, primarily functioning as a growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) analog. CJC-1295 outperforms the older and outdated GHRH, Sermorelin. The binding life of Sermorelin ranges from 8-12 minutes, whereas the half-life of CJC-1295 extends to 30 minutes. Sermorelin’s decay decreases with time, and the body produces antibodies to Sermorelin.

Clinical Research

CJC-1295/Ipamorelin has been thoroughly research-tested to prove its safety and effectiveness. Various experiments have been conducted to test the pharmacokinetics (the effect the body has on the drugs) of CJC-1295/Ipamorelin in vivo, and the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism has reported dose-dependent increases in mean plasma GH concentrations by 2-10 fold for more than 6 days and increased IGF-1 concentrations 1.5-3 fold for 9-11 days after a single injection. Mean half-life was shown to be 5.8-8.1 days, also after multiple doses, mean IGF-1 levels remained above baseline for up to 28 days. No serious adverse reactions were reported in any group. This growth hormone has been shown to be a safe and proven solution for many patients.

WHY SHOULD CJC-1295 & IPAMORELIN BE TAKEN TOGETHER?

CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin should be taken together in order to maximize the amount of growth being released into your body. This creates a safe and therapeutic anti-aging benefit.

Other CJC-1295 stacks

The most common GHRH (Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone) used is CJC-1295, which is typically paired (or stacked) with a GHRP (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide). These are the chemical class of growth hormones in the category of drugs known as GH Secretagogues. They stimulate the body’s natural release of the natural growth hormone (GH), primarily by stimulating the pituitary gland to produce more Growth Hormone. The four most common GHRPs are Ipamorelin, GHRP-2, GHRP-6, and others.
