DIHEXA

What is Dihexa?

Dihexa is a nootropic and small peptide developed by researchers from Washington State University to improve cognitive functions.

• Dihexa was found to be seven orders of magnitude more potent than other similar nootropics.
• The overall half-life of the drug is approximately a week, longer than most neurogenic compounds.
• Boosts critical thinking via the anterior cingulate cortex.
• Potential to accelerate wound healing, improve circulation, and possibly enhance anabolic development, preventing muscular atrophy from wasting diseases.

BIOV8 uses only premium pharmaceutical grade in all of our products.

Snapshot

Dihexa, also known as N-hexanoic-Tyr-Ile-(6) aminohexanoic amide (PNB-0408), is a drug derived from angiotensin IV. It binds with high affinity to hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and potentiates its activity at the c-Met receptor. Developed as a nootropic, Dihexa is known to significantly improve cognitive function, particularly in trauma-based brain disorders and neurodegenerative conditions like Alzheimer’s by promoting synaptogenesis. In studies, Dihexa was found to be seven orders of magnitude more potent than brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), one of the leading drugs for synapse formation.

What are the benefits?

Dihexa’s primary reputation is as a potent nootropic supplement, especially beneficial for those with cognitive disorders. The most common health benefits include:

• Increased mental stamina.
• Enhanced creative thinking, social intuition, and conversational skills.
• Improved problem-solving skills.
• Improved long and short-term memory.
• Better focus and learning abilities.
• Improved heart health.
• Improved hair health.
• Boosted mental endurance.

Users have reported significant improvements in creative thinking, social interaction, and problem-solving abilities.

Refer to clinical research below for further details.

How does it work?

Dihexa is a first-in-class compound that is orally active, penetrates the blood-brain barrier, and facilitates memory consolidation and retrieval. This small molecule derived from angiotensin has potential applications in Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) and other neurodegenerative conditions or brain trauma where neuronal connections are lost. Dihexa works by augmenting synaptic connectivity and promoting the formation of new functional synapses, thus overcoming memory and motor dysfunctions.

Side Effects?

Side effects vary between individuals but are generally minimal. These should be discussed with your consulting doctor.
